Hunter Behavioral Health Care is a substance abuse treatment facility dedicated to helping people get their lives back on track. We are a community of caregivers and clients that all share a common goal. Dealing with addiction is one of the hardest things a person can face in life, and we want to help you through it.
Withdrawal symptoms are not only unpleasant, but they can be very dangerous if you attempt the process of detoxification by yourself. Your body has become dependent on harmful substances, and will react badly if the process is not handled correctly. Our staff will supervise your detoxification at our safe drug detox clinic, and make sure you are as comfortable as you can be, given the circumstances.
Removing the harmful substances from your body is only part of the process at our drug rehab facility. We will address all of the issues that led you to our addiction recovery facility in the first place. Identifying the triggers that lead you to drugs or alcohol and guiding you through ways to overcome them are very important for a lasting addiction recovery program.
At Hunter Behavioral Health Care, we know that each person is different, and each client comes to us with different reasons for turning to drugs or alcohol. Our staff will work with you to create a treatment plan that will prove effective, based on your unique diagnosis. Everything you say or do at Hunter Behavioral Health Care is kept strictly confidential, so you can feel completely comfortable working with us to overcome your addiction.

Substance abuse can sometimes exist alongside a co-occurring psychological disorder. Sometimes addiction is a result of self-medicating an underlying disorder or condition that we can also help you through. Other times, a personality trait that would otherwise be considered normal could be intensified by drugs and alcohol to the point it is taking over a person’s life. We understand the importance of dual diagnosis mental health treatment, and every aspect of the addiction is treated at our Vancouver, Washington drug rehab clinic.
It is very important to us that all of our clients feel comfortable interacting and sharing their experiences with one another, so that each individual can be surrounded by a supportive group of people who are facing similar challenges. We encourage everyone at our addiction treatment facility to be as open as they feel comfortable being, and interacting with each other in a way that benefits everyone. We hope that you can be a member of our community, and learn how others are facing problems similar to yours.
Our relationship does not end when you’ve completed recovery at our addiction treatment center. We will continue to work with you to ensure a lasting recovery. We’ll follow up with continued appointments with your therapists to make sure everything is going well. We’ll also continue your care with ongoing support groups and group counseling sessions. We believe that staying in contact with your support community is one of the most important aspects of your addiction recovery.
If you have any questions for us, or would like to make an appointment to meet with a member of our staff, please give us a call. We can show you around our addiction recovery center, and tell you more about how we can help you through this tough time in your life. We can answer all of the questions you may have regarding drug rehab centers. We know making the choice to end your addiction was a difficult first step. Please let us help you through the rest.
